Have you ever been banned from: Xbox Live?

Do you know any friends, family or online gaming buddies whose account has been blocked by microsoft for a violation of their T&C's? Perhaps you have you been blacklisted from the Xbox Live, previouslly speaking? Was it an incorrect ban or a genuine one, and what was the possible explanation as to why?

I personally have never been banned but my brother got banned for a month once for cheating in the game Call of Duty, his buddies had some sort of cheat system that worked across consoles somehow and I guess Microsoft caught on. I don't blame them for banning him though and a month was reasonable for a first offense. The bans are annoying yes but if they're set to be fair and not punish players forever Microsoft is doing a more than reasonable job at enforcing the rules.
