Utilities are household expenses that you are responsible for paying. Splitting every bill down, estimate your outgoings on a weekly or monthly basis? Has your spending been reduced as a result of COVID-19? Are you being more careful about what you're using? If so, why? Mine are

-Water (sewage + metre usage) = £15.00 pcm
-Gas-40 pcm
-Electrical-40 pcm

After adding up the above information, my household Utilities come to £ 95 per month.

Its mind boggling in my place.

1. Water is very negligible. Maybe 2 dollars?
2. Electricity is the most expensive stuff. Well, it isnt actually expensive, its just that we use too much. Its 75 dollars per month
3. Gas is around 20 dollars a month.

Converted into American Dollars, it may not sound too much. But its very high as per domestic standards and this month our entire household has decided to regulate the use and bring down our bills.
