I've watched this film several times and decided I wanted to write a short review on it. The Rebirth of Buddha is an animated film that tells the story of a girl and the reincarnation of Buddha. It is very story driven for a movie and was very well written. It is an anime that takes place in Japan. It had a mix of science fiction and fantasy and religion which led to a very interesting story. While I personally don't follow a religion, I did find the film's story comforting in a way.
