However many hours of sleep normally would you get? Through much of your week, there might well be a variety in sleep patterns, for example, commitments could affect how many of rest you receive. Health experts worldwide strongly suggest we get at least eight hours of rest. On the weekends, do you sleep more due to a lack of responsibilities?

Thanks to this lockdown, my sleep pattern has been messed up completely. I'm going to bed at around 12am but I'm falling to asleep usually around 3-4am because of the TV shows that I watch and social media sites. Luckily, I'm waking up around 12pm so I'm still getting a decent amount of sleep lol

Sleep is for the weakminded
I disagree. Surely, you can't fall into a deep sleep for a matter of minutes and feel refreshed when you wake? I know, I definitely wouldn't be able to do this. Sleep has been scientifically proven to benefit your health in so many ways so it's important that you get a lot more than you're already getting.

If you don't mind me asking, do you not feel tired?
